Adam Weaver allowed to return to work at Rick Weaver Buick, GMC dealership - YourErie

A familiar face will be back at work after a deal with federal prosecutors.

According to the Erie Times News, Adam Weaver will now be allowed to go back to work at the Rick Weaver Buick, GMC dealership.  Under the deal, he can no longer sell any vehicles or have any kind of supervisory position.

Weaver pleaded guilty in the case and served prison time.  The company, itself, received a pause in its prosecution and can have charges dropped if it completes a three-year pre-trial diversion program.
