KINGSTON, N.Y. >> Keith Merritt rapped out an 883 series to lead action in a Romeo Buck GMC Bowling League session at Kingston Lanes.

Merritt posted games of 279, 278 and 277 en route to the big triple.

The week before, Chris Bruck registered a 793 series in the Romeo GMC, using 289, 268 and 236 games.
