AUGUSTA, GA (WRDW/WAGT) -- "Free Little Pantry," a free food and personal items service at Georgia Military College's Augusta campus, was recently selected as the Georgia Association of Financial Aid Administration's community service project.
Free Little Pantry allows students, faculty, and staff to donate food, personal items, and household goods to other members of Georgia Military College who may need a helping hand.
As an award-winner, the Pantry came home from GASFAA's Annual Conference with Kroger gift cards and five boxes of food for the Free Little Pantry.
Free Little Pantry was launched in February of 2017 and is a spin-off of Fayetteville, AR's "Free Little Library."
