Carteret 7, East Brunswick 1: Chloe Oblepias allowed one run on six hits, walked four and struck out six for Carteret (3-5). She also went 3-for-4 with a double, one RBI and two runs scored. Aamori Patterson hit a three-run home run. Melody Caces doubled and scored three runs. Ava Dinicola scored a run. For East Brunswick (0-7), Kayla Wheeler scored on an RBI by Joanna Mazzuchetti. Ava Charleston went 2-for-3.

Spotswood 6, East Brunswick 4: Jen Kane went 2-for-4 with a triple, three RBI and one run scored for Spotswood (6-3). Heather Cutler finished with a double, two RBI and one run scored. Georgia Kartelins, Angelina Perez, Brittany Rifenburg and Savannah Robinson each scored a run. For East Brunswick (0-7), Joanna Mazzuchetti and Jenna Garofalo each had one RBI. Brianna Boen had one RBI and scored a run. Madison Boen, Andrea Guzman and Ashley Salzman each scored a run.
Spotswood 6, Rahway 1: Diana Rucinski allowed one run on seven hits, walked one and struck out eight for Spotswood (5-3). Savannah Robinson went 3-for-4 with one RBI and two runs scored. Kaylisse Modeste had two RBI. Tiffany Irwin went 2-for-3 with a double and one run scored. Georgia Kartelins went 2-for-3 with a double, one RBI and one run scored. Lexi Brown had one RBI and one run scored. Angelina Perez had one RBI. Heather Cutler scored a run. For Rahway (1-4), Kayla Moncade scored a run. Tatiana Dilollo and Kayla Blakney each went 2-for-3.
Monroe 10, Old Bridge 6: Abigail Pawlowski went 3-for-4 with a double and two RBI for Monroe (6-1). Emma Schieda went 3-for-4 with three RBI and one run scored. Sarah Stepnowski finished with a double, three RBI and two runs scored. Marion Fopeano had one RBI and scored twice. Julie Minerva tripled and scored twice. Erica Rubino finished with a triple, one RBI and one run scored. For Old Bridge (4-4), Paige Nugent went 3-for-4 with a triple and one RBI. Ashley Grudzien doubled and had two RBI. Kasey Loughlin drove in two runs. Molly Colligan scored twice. Jessica Gaughan finished with one RBI and one run scored. Krystina Renter, Mercedes Renter and Brooke Bachonski each scored a run.
South Plainfield 8, Metuchen 1: Jillian Holoboski allowed one run on three hits and struck out eight for South Plainfield (8-1). Delaney Born finished with three RBI and one run scored. Julie Davis went 2-for-4 with a double, two RBI and two runs scored. Jennifer Flasser finished with one RBI and one run scored. Katelyn Luster, Cameron Marks and Taylor Santamaria each scored a run. Jemma Scalera scored a run. Julia DiBenedetto went 2-for-3 with one run scored for Metuchen (4-2). Julia Fenton had the RBI.
Piscataway 15, Kearny 9: Julia Stewart went 3-for-4 with four runs scored for Piscataway (2-5). Arianna Percivale went 2-for-3 with a home run, four RBI and three runs scored. Taylor Maher went 2-for-4 with a double, two RBI and two runs scored. Carly Bressler went 3-for-5 with a double and three RBI. Ashley Delair scored three runs. Alexis Valenti had two RBI. Angelina Amato finished with two RBI and scored a run. Shayla Benbow scored a run.
Edison 20, Rahway 5 (5): Jessica Hoover went 4-for-4 with four RBI and four runs scored for Edison (2-5). Jillian Alusik went 3-for-5 with a double, five RBI and two runs scored. Alida Pellicane went 3-for-4 with a triple, two RBI and two runs scored. Gianna Fresnedo went 4-for-5 with two RBI and three runs scored. Rebecca Abbatemarco went 3-for-4 with a double, two RBI and two runs scored. Linnette Hernandez scored twice. Autumn Vickery doubled, drove in two runs and scored a run. Kara Guno scored three runs.
