Athletes from The Wardlaw+Hartridge School in Edison were well-represented on 2018 All-Greater Middlesex Conference All-Star teams following a solid fall season. Ten W+H athletes have received recognition in soccer, tennis and volleyball.
Ricardo Garces of North Brunswick, Austin Miller of Linden, Gunhvir Singh of Carteret and Andre Souza of Rahway were named All-GMC Blue selections from the boys’ soccer team. Miller also was named to the All-Prep B team.
Antonella Doglio of Carteret, Joulliann Collado of Woodbridge and Bella Wysocki of Rahway were placed on the All-GMC Blue team from the girls’ soccer team. Doglio and Wysocki also made the All-Conference team.
Tennis players Sydney Kuo of Edison and Shankari Theivanayagam of Summit made the All-GMC Blue team and Kuo also was picked for All-Conference. Volleyball player Sydney Johnson of Somerset also was named to the All-GMC Blue team.
The Wardlaw-Hartridge School in Edison is Central Jersey’s premier PreK-12 independent school.
