1. Linden (9-2): Linden had a four-game win streak snapped with a double-overtime, two-point loss to the Patrick School on Tuesday. Led by Tavon Jones (26 points per game, 8.2 rebounds, 3.4 assists) and Mikey Watkins (13.5 ppg., 2.6 rpg., 2.3 apg.), the Tigers faced Union Catholic on Thursday and will host Westampton Tech on Saturday.

2. Piscataway (11-1): Piscataway has won seven games in a row and is averaging 77 points a game in that span. The Chiefs are still undefeated in the Greater Middlesex Conference Red Division at 7-0, but took on St. Joseph (Met.) on Thursday night in a division battle. Piscataway will play Monroe on Saturday.

3. St. Joseph (10-2): St. Joseph has won nine of its last 10 games and has won three in a row against Red Division opponents. The Falcons will have a rematch against Piscataway on Thursday night and will look to get revenge after a three-point loss to the Chiefs back on Dec. 19 before facing undefeated Seton Hall Prep on Saturday.

4. Bishop Ahr (11-1): Bishop Ahr is in the midst of a 10-game win streak and remains undefeated the Blue Division at 6-0. The Trojans have two division games coming up, against South River on Saturday and Spotswood next Wednesday.

5. Carteret (10-3): Carteret has won six in a row, with wins over three division opponents in that span. The Ramblers will face North Brunswick on Friday and Perth Amboy on Monday.

6. Sayreville (11-2): Sayreville had a five-game win streak snapped with a loss to Carteret on Sunday, but bounced back with a win over North Brunswick on Tuesday. The Bombers remain undefeated at 7-0 in the White Division and faced J.F. Kennedy in a division matchup on Thursday. 

7. Old Bridge (8-4): Old Bridge has won three of its last four games and has two Red Division games on the horizon against Perth Amboy on Thursday and J.P. Stevens on Monday.

8. East Brunswick (4-6): East Brunswick has gone 2-2 in its last four games, with wins against J.F. Kennedy and Monroe, and losses against Piscataway and St. Joseph. The Bears will look to bounce back from a four-point loss against the Falcons with a game against division opponent J.P. Stevens on Thursday before facing Bridgewater-Raritan on Saturday.

9. Rahway (9-0): Rahway sits atop the Union County Conference Valley Division at 5-0 after pulling off a come-from-behind victory over previously undefeated Scotch Plains-Fanwood on Tuesday. The Indians have another division game against Summit on Thursday before facing Sayreville on Saturday.

10. Colonia (7-6): Colonia had a seven-game win streak snapped and has lost its last three games against Edison (in overtime), Ridge and Carteret. The Patriots will look to get back on track against Howell on Saturday.
