This 1958 GMC 100 Pickup is a lovely example of the classic GMC workhorse, presenting in excellent condition both inside and out. Now, this highly collectible pickup is headed to Arizona, where it’ll hit the auction block and head to a new home.
As is evident from its flawless exterior style, this GMC 100 Pickup recently received a full frame-off restoration. It shows in the lovely turquoise and white exterior, with rich blue paint topped by a white roof. The classic GMC front fascia is adorned with copious amounts of polished chrome, including a wide bumper, grille section, and badging.
The rounded features look fantastic in this shade, and come complemented by white wheels with red GMC center caps. You gotta love how these rollers look underneath the enormous fenders.
The turquoise-and-white color scheme continues into the cabin space, where we find the dash finished in blue, and the door panels accented with wide white paneling. A simple diamond-shaped speedometer is mounted behind the large three-spoke steering wheel, while the upholstery is a mixture of black cloth and white vinyl.
While it’s not uncommon to see these machines hot-rodded with massive V8 engines under the hood, this particular 1958 GMC 100 keeps things simple, equipping a 270 cubic-inch inline six-cylinder engine. The ‘six is finished in red and mates to four-speed manual transmission.
Now, this gorgeous 1958 GMC 100 Pickup is headed to the upcoming Barrett-Jackson auction in Scottsdale, Arizona, as Lot #408.1. The truck will hit the auction block with no reserve.
