Powertrain options haven't been confirmed, but the current GMC Yukon is powered by a 5.3-liter V8 that develops 355 hp and 383 lb-ft of torque and a 6.2-liter V8 producing 420 hp and 460 lb-ft of torque.
A new AT4 off-road trim is also expected to be introduced with similar upgrades to the Chevrolet Tahoe and Suburban Z71 trims such as a unique front fascia that improves the approach angle, a front skid plate, red tow hooks and 20-inch wheels wrapped in all-terrain tires. An optional Air Ride Adaptive Suspension also features automatic load-leveling and allows the height to be adjusted by four inches. These features should carry over to the GMC Yukon AT4, but we'll know more when the full-size SUV debuts next month.
