
Eric Cain presented sufficient evidence that he was terminated due to a supervisor’s fear that he suffered from post-traumatic stress disorder and that he was a risk of shooting people, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Louisiana said Aug. 26.
Cain may proceed with his wrongful termination suit under the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act, the court said.
