Whitford’s 19-yard scoring strike capped a 66-yard march during which he completed five passes while flawlessly executing a two-minute drill. Carter snuck behind two defensive backs and made a spectacular over-the-shoulder catch in the back corner of the end zone on which he managed to drag one foot in bounds before falling to the turf as the Bombers (5-0) clinched the Greater Middlesex Conference White Division title.
