East Brunswick won its fifth straight championship, but the Bears weren't the only winners on Saturday.
The Greater Middlesex Conference is home to two returning state champions, and that duo weren't the only ones to defend their conference title on Saturday. In addition to the established stars, several newcomers made a notable impression with two freshmen winning events.
